I noticed some of the lowes ones don't come with a floor at all. You kinda have to build a platform or slab to put them on. Those are all <$1000.
That ones pictured looks nice, especially since it's vinyl and should be low maintenance and look consistently good. It appears to have a 2x4 floor. You could get some concrete blocks or disks to set it on. Just keep it off the ground enough for fresh air to get underneath so things won't get rotten.
You may need to jack it up after a year and put thicker blocks under it if it settles into soft soil. A car jack (trolley jack style) or a farm jack like you see on the back off offroad jeeps is perfect for making adjustments.
I have several sheds at different sites for work and one for a personal camp. We have multiple companies in our area that build sheds. We also have a tech school that builds them to sell in the course of teaching carpentry skills. We generally hire a flatbed tow truck to deliver the shed.
the commercial made local ones are generally competitive with what the big boxes sell. More choice = good. The school built ones generally are higher end with a few construction techniques that one might use in a house, as that's what they are teaching.
The work ones, I mention it in the building permit if we need one. Most of the time, a permit isn't needed for the building, but is needed for the other work we do. For my camp as pictured, I did get a permit and it wasn't much. When you build on a lake or near water, you better do it by the book as fines for project gone wrong by water are pretty serious.
