High mileage is not necessarily a bad thing if the car has been properly maintained. At roughly 40K-45K miles a year, I assume a good portion of this is highway driving. Like any used car, be sure to have in inspected by a reputable mechanic (especially the AWD system) and review past service records.

I've known a number of people over the years with Acuras, although none with this many miles, and they've all been pleased. If everything checks out well, a good price on this car would probably be around $8,000 to $8,500 or so.

Also keep in mind that trying to sell this yourself down the road could be tougher as it will have even more miles and some shoppers, like yourself now, might be hesitant to buy such a high mileage car from a private party even with good records, maintenance, etc. Dealers probably won't be looking to offer much either.
