Cars that are in good shape with a ton of miles tend to (A) have been well-cared for and (B) have mostly highway miles. These are good things! If it appears to have been maintained the way YOU would maintain it, then you can probably buy it, as a 3rd car, with a certain confidence. And after all, it won't be your only ride.
At most new car stores, a car with much over 100K on the clock is wholesaled before the engine on the owner's new ride is warmed up. That the dealer is actually retailing this RL tells you something.
A good friend had an Acura Legend for years. Then his kid had it. He finally retired it at well north of 200K, and this was in New England with half it's life a mile from the ocean and the other half in New Hampshire, where Japanese cars tend to get a tad rusty. That's what really killed his car.
The dealer may be able to give you a pretty good service history, and have the beast checked out by someone who knows Acuras. I'd worry about the trans, body and little bits and pieces failing more than the engine.
