It might be a state-to-state issue, but my understanding is that YOU can pick the body shop. Insurance companies can make suggestions, but they cannot dictate which shop you take your car to.
I would go to the best, most reputable shop in town. Body work is an easy place to skimp, and some shops are more than willing to cut corners.
Your damage doesn't look terrible, but you'll want it done right to prevent future issues with rust and paint.
