the exact situation probably matters. how far do you need to cut? how do you need to start/end the cut (at a wall? cleanly?)? the last 2 are issues even doing this with softer materials eg hardwood...
If I was to put a diamond blade in a circular saw, I'd probably try + do a few shallow passes...
but I think you'd be better off buying or borrowing multitool like Fein makes (multimaster or supercut)... they have diamond blades + can cut an individual tile or tight up to a wall.
