I sincerely wish VM had taken a path that didn't violate his agreement. He could have, and Saab could have continued.

The latest - it really is an attempt to mask an investment. Too obvious. If company A hires company B to perform engineering services, the agreement and payments will reflect that. If along with that company A is sending payments for multiple months of everyones salary (including production) at company B, it is very apparent they are paying for something else entirely.

If you've followed SWAN's own statements, you'd have to agree that is exactly what has been proposed.

It all may not matter though, if reports are correct that Youngman hasn't sent funds.
