Both Fiat and Mini are primarily (perhaps exclusively) in dedicated showrooms. They may be in a complex of a mega-dealer, but they have their own stores.
For a well-managed dealership, this could work for a Saab store in search of a new brand, assuming they can make the investment and meet any standards the new brand has set.
Fiat is just getting going here again, and it has promise. Ditto for Alfa if they start coming in. The new Fiat 500 Abarth model is arriving and if they keep up the marketing may work well. Plus other Fiats are in the pipeline. I'd be surprised if there aren't some Saab dealers who have already looked into this.
