You use the 9-5 timing cover as it has the bosses on it for mounting some of the accessories. PCV system is also from the 9-5. I think the ring gears are the same but don't quote me. Other than that, it's block, crank, balance shafts, pistons from the 9000, everything else from the 9-5. I did not disassemble the 9000 block, just stripped it from the outside. The oil and coolant passages on the head and block do not all line up but that does not seem to be a problem. Quite a few people have done this conversion.
