I ALWAYS use a credit card option for the source of the Paypal funds, and have had EBay/Paypal intervene and get a refund on a number of occasions. Never had any problems at all. Overall I am quite satisfied by the whole buyer protection set-up, has always worked flawlessly in my disputes.
