We will have to wait and see what happens but it appears the IPO was released at the absolute zenith in regards to timing. I also wonder how many of the company insiders may be "shorting" a portion of their shares before the 90 day sales blocking window expires.

Are these new found multi-millionaires skirting the SEC rules just a little bit with small quantities of their stock to pay off student loans, or buying homes at the current all-time record low prices? Who else would buy on Thursday for $38 and sell on Tuesday at $32? Other than someone who is convinced it will be only $22 next week.
