and nothing from Suzuki to get excited about. The big Japanese firms have set the bar pretty high and Suzuki is only competing on price. Their cars are nothing to get excited about so they really compete with Hyundai and Kia which are better. Mitsu has made some dumb moves, like killing the EVO and Eclipse, so it's no surprise they will go too. With Outlander and Galant they are in the most competitive segments, with 2nd and 3rd rate products. Fail.
Hyundai has some PR issues at the moment but those will go away. After all, Audi had some seriously bad PR 25 years ago and is doing just fine.
Moreover, there are too many choices for car buyers these days, and for most people many cars are pretty much alike. And with cars lasting longer people don't buy as often. Suzuki and Mitsu will do just fine selling elsewhere.
