Fix the problem and get the tenant back in the house. This may take an insurance claim or money out of your pocket, most likely both.
This may seem like an over simplification, but it is what has to be done. Please tell me that the house is listed as a rental with your insurance company, that way you will have loss of income coverage during any repairs. They should also put your tenant up in a comparable facility until they can move back in. Everyone wants to be restored to pre-event status.
Thankfully, no one was injured.
