It has to do with the TV.
If everything is on and I turn the TV on and off the POP occurs. I unplugged the TV and used my ground tester to check the outlet. It says it is properly grounded. Plugged it back in and turned on the TV. No pop. Turned it on and off a few time without a pop. Then about 10 minutes later it started popping again. I unplugged the TV and re-plugged it back in and it stopped popping for a while again. I'll try replacing the HDMI cable to the TV.
