If you're really concerned about the POE oil being in there, the only option is to flush the system, dump the oil out of the compressor, replace the drier, and install all new oil. That's also the only way to really know how much oil is in the system, otherwise you need to guess and use rules of thumb for how much to put in when replacing various components. (Actually there are gadgets that claim to be able to give you a reading on the system oil level but I don't know how accurate they are.) But especially if it is just a small amount of residue suspected from a recharge machine I would not worry too much about it.
Obviously not everyone uses Nylog, I'm sure you could get away with using PAG oil on the o-rings but that does have the possibility of attracting moisture. (I probably wouldn't use mineral oil on the o-rings of an R134a system.) Nylog has worked well for me so I stick with it.
I've never specifically looked for "double-capped" PAG oil. The ordinary, readily-available type sold by most suppliers seems to work just fine.
