I had a Viggen 'vert as a daily driver (non-commuter) and enjoyed it very much. With a windscreen behind the driver and heated seats I was comfortable on the coldest days as long as it was dry. I kept it in a garage so I never was worried about lowering the roof in cold temperatures; the dealer told me not to lower the roof below 40 degrees or the seals might be damaged. The canvas was original and still keeping the water out at 12 years old with a little maintenance and treatment. Noise and fatigue became a problem on long trips, though.
