And, with that comes a wide variety of coffees, no arriving on Monday morning and cleaning up the bubbled brown crust of a pot left on the pad too long, no wasted pots brewed for just one cup at 4:45 in the afternoon.

Double Black Diamond or Sumatra Reserve for me.

For really, really good stuff, I go to one of the local Vietnamese restaurants for a hemi-semi-demitasse of their coffee. No later than lunch time, lest I need to sleep sometime that evening.
