And you must have come accross the same studie I did with the rubber band and exploding filter on an f-150, but still seeing there isnt a study to best describe the filtration capability, or longevity one can only lean on what was done.
Personally the (taking the filter apart) study was the only info I had in my years and haven't come across any other filtration info since. If there is a study out there for the other areas I'm all for reading it but as it stands, Fram is just awful and purolator pure one and mobil one are the top filters in my book.
Even though mobil one blew up on a f-150 I say it trumps pure one on a Saab.
