For working on a Saab, there will be little functional difference between the $80 made in USA stands, and the $20 made in China stands. They're all way over built for holding up one corner of a Saab. Unless you do some really odd jacking, the most one stand would ever be asked to support will be 1,000 lbs or less, and usually less. So, a three TON stand is rated six times higher than you'll ever need.
Buy whichever you feel good about. The Saab won't notice in any case.
