After the hole was opened up I put some Por-15 and formed cardboard over the outside and used some wire to bridge the gap on the lip of the fender. Then layered on the fiberglass from the inside and ground down the high spots. Added another layer of glass to make the inside nice and smooth. Next was the bondo to smooth it out and a few (6-8) rounds of primer and sanding then finish with paint and clear coat from Automotive Touch-Up. You can tell in the sun I just did the whole fender but driving by or in low light you cannot notice. Also coated the inside with undercoat.
