I'd recommend the full strength Repel formula DEET, put it in another container and label it organic if needed. Some put the 100% on their clothing only and the less potent stuff on their skin.
I just returned from a backpack trip in Wyoming in the Wind River area and the mosquitos were brutal - as bad as I can remember as those in Canada in the Algonquin area I made liberal applications of the DEET, but my wife and son failed to do and the next day I broke out laughing when I saw the back of their legs - a mass of red bumps from the bites.
Even on the car ride home mosquitos kept trying to bite - they had either gotten into the car or hid in our gear waiting for their chance.
