If they're not calling you back, it's because they're out straight and can't do it. You can look for someone who's not busy, but there's probably a reason they're not busy. I run a small office (not a contractor), and there's only 24 hours in the day. We had a similar experience years ago when we put on an addition, and we could not get an electrician there. As cheaptech suggested, maybe you can find a big operation on the the web who can accommodate you. Otherwise, you gotta just suck it up and wait, and consider it a lesson learned.
