Large factory with large parking lot Posted by MI-Roger [Email] (#882) [Profile/Gallery] (more from MI-Roger) on Thu, 2 Oct 2014 08:55:58 In Reply to: What did you guys *make* there?, RS [Profile/Gallery] , Wed, 1 Oct 2014 11:01:54 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
The lot was simply a convenient dump site. From the ensuing police investigation the deceased had died from a drug overdose in the company of 'friends'. They could not devise any better plan than placing the body in the back of the deceased's old rusty van and parking it in our large lot which had no surveillance. Three shift operation of the plant meant no questions about vehicle arrival times.
Having nearly ten thousand employees meant any single vehicle didn't generate much notice.
Three days in a closed van during the middle of the summer and the first clue was the smell of the liquid dripping from holes in the van's rusty floor. The Vietnam veterans knew immediately what would be found in the van.
