but it still has ignition coils (iirc individual, not cassette).
Dave would probably get better advice by posting on the 9-3ss bb here, as some folks who own those cars will only look there. I don't own one, but my impression was that they are pretty fail-safe with normal maintenance, especially the ones made from 2005 onwards (not sure about the most recent incarnation with the direct injection turbo motor, but those would be a rarity).
