I've had mine for a year now, and the urge to puke (you may remark that my vocabulary has taken a turn for the Anglo-Saxon) happens much less frequently now.
My ophthalmologist calls them computer lenses and recommended them after I complained I was pointing my nose towards the ceiling to see wiring diagrams at work. They have helped immensely, but were difficult to adjust to at first. I do have to take them off to walk to the water cooler or else I bump into things and get dizzy.
I fear one day I shall impulsively purchase some sort of colored plastic beads or cheap chain to hang them around my neck and thus shall complete my transition towards being Santa Claus.
