If they're a broker that means they don't own trucks, they just farm it out, usually to who ever will do it cheapest. So you have no idea who has your truck and they have no real control as to when it gets picked up and when it gets delivered. They might pick it up from you, but it doesn't go anywhere until the trucking company puts a load together all going in the same direction. These guys are usually very good at tap dancing and feeding you cock and bull stories about where your vehicle actually is. We had one company burn the rear end off our brand new Bentley when their truck caught on fire and they stalled us for two weeks with new lies every day. I finally got a hold of the trucking company who actually hauled the car (by shear chance) who told us what happened, had insurance and acted like professionals. The broker just stopped returning my calls. A couple of months later they finally called and had the audacity to try and get me to pay them. Fat chance.
