I thought about it but then I'd have to get the paper work to FL and to the dmv, have it insured and send ins and tag it to the motor company then have the driver on stand by and get the abuse on the truck from the miles.
To add it up, the sale is complete Monday (tomorrow) at which time they will mail the paper work, (add 2 days) give me a day to get the dmv work done, 2 days mailing back. Getting a driver in line for say... Saterday-Sunday and he starts the trip which would arrive about Tuesday. the hole event would be about 8 days with a driver, on truck transport there saying Friday-Saterday, (4to5 days) Lot less juggling going transit truck.
I remember posts on this be not to go with a broker, but this truck dose have a 7inch lift on it and would need a company that can transport such a thing. I don't want to have to explain the details to everyone, a broker would do it for me. I just tell them what I got and they do the juggling. Bears is the broker, they said they do 100,000 transports a year that's a lot of moving I thought someone here may have used them.
If NoSnaab told be (yes it was Bears transport that burned the bumper off the Bentley) I'd call them and cut ties asap even if it meant I lost 100bucks deposit. But so far no word about them.
Only thing I thought strange is the broker was asking me what's the hight of an average pickup. I thought they should know this, I said my truck is 7inches taller than the average pickup. If they transported 100,000 vehicals I thought they would know the dimensions of a oem truck. I belive there's no different from a gmc, ford, Chevy, tundra, But I could be wrong.
