The only thing that will work is an ozone generator. Rent one but be sure to mask off any electrical insulation. Probably would need to use a drop cloth on the front foot wells, and masking tape over electrical switches. It will work though. I used the following ozone generator to clean cigarette smoke from an apartment I rented: https://www.air-zone.com/store/products/xt-240/ But that one was not powerful enough to do the whole room. I had to hang a drop cloth from each wall and put the generator under it one at a time, for a few hours. That will get the concentration lethal enough to roast off the ozone. These are not air fresheners that put out a little ozone. These will kill a person if the room is entered while they are running full blast. Not a trace of cigarette odor after using them though.
