Naim UnitiQute2:

https://www.naimaudio.com/product/unitiqute-2

cost is about $2400, or less used, eg:

https://www.audiogon.com/listings/solid-state-naim-unitiqute2-trade-in-latest-software-including-spotify-tidal-2016-03-09-integrateds-60103-hanover-park-il

+ Harbeth P3ESR:

http://www.harbeth.co.uk/uk/index.php?section=products&page=p3esr&model=p3esr

cost is about $2000 (or less used) eg:

https://www.audiogon.com/listings/monitors-harbeth-p3esr-monitor-speaker-with-free-shipping-2016-03-09-speakers-ny

If you have a bit larger room and wanted a little more low end, you could try the Harbeth 7ES-3:

https://www.audiogon.com/listings/monitors-harbeth-compact-7es-3-cherry-2016-03-06-speakers-53546-janesville-wi

They list for a bit more brand new (like about $5k), but one does not necessarily need to buy this stuff new. It is built to last. Kind of like old SAABs.

I could give an 80W, $80,000 option also, but that may be pushing it eh? I bet someone will follow up with a 6 figure SET/horn combo...

Actually, the best advice is to try out a system in your room. Everything is room specific.

My point was W/$ is totally irrelevant (actually, W is not even that relatable to sound level, you need to know speaker efficiency, and how the amplifier power rating was derived). The sound from the Naim/Harbeth system will most likely floor you compared to a 200W Logitech (and I suppose it had better for the cost difference!). That said, the Logitech is probably more what people think of when hooking speakers up to computers and more than adequate in terms of functionality and sound for many people.

Good luck Scott!
