I bought one of the clones recently for $280 on aliexpress, similar to the one you linked.
It came with the Saab card, the CANdi module, and TIS2000 software.
There are a couple really long threads about the clones on one of the other saab message boards.
Sounds like they can go bad after awhile, the durability of the circuit boards arent as good as a real Tech2 or something.
Im not going to use it that much so I took a chance on one.
Its really easy to use on a 9-5, just plug it in like any code reader.
I got rid of the locking chirps and seatbelt alarm on our cars which was worth at least half the price :)
If you have a CAN based saab (like 9-3 2003 and newer) you need to connect the CANdi module in line between the Tech2 and the OBD2 plug on the car.
And youll need the TIS2000 software on a laptop to access some features.
Sounds like some guys have problems getting the tech2 to communicate with the TIS2000.
The TIS2000 portion of it can get confusing.
