Is SAAB USA Parts still in business?
I placed an order on 12/31/15 for a part that was on backorder. They processed payment from my PayPal account on the order date. I cancelled the order on 6/11/16 and requested credit via the "contact us" on their website. This is the only way available on their website to contact them. No phone number is available on their website. Several other messages were sent this week the same way with no response. Is there another way to contact them?
Today I initiated a PayPal dispute for the transaction.
