Finally got it to work with your suggestion. I have a wiring setup for Blaupunkt to the 2 rectangle Saab audio plugs. The one plug for power, the other for speakers. I was using that on my 90T for testing. I did as you suggested. I connected the power plug to my 91T. Then used a Blaupunkt speaker plug to connect the 4 channels separately to a good speaker, one channel at a time. That showed all the channels were working. I'm not sure why the 90T wouldn't work with the chassis wiring. However, that 90T was entering by a thief last year and the CD head unit was stolen. I'm now wondering if the thief yanked the wiring and damaged it.
