I learned to drive on a '64 404, and my first car was a '65 404 wagon. If I could get a perfectly restored classic, it would probably be a DS 19 or 21. Those are cool cars. I'm going to Spain soon, would love to rent a P or C.
Sorry, Saab didn't sell enough cars to be viable. It was on life support for years. When they needed to sell NG 9-5s to stay in business, few stepped up. I drove one and considered it, but declined because I thought Muller was a charlatan.
