Yeah. I had a few of those behind me at various times in this morning's commute in ATL. The drivers of gigantic SUVs built on truck platforms are in that same school of driving habits.
To top it off, being behind one of these guys at a stop light (you know the type that pulls way ahead of the stop bar and blocks the cross-traffic that has the green, and when they're moving, their left tires are on or over the lane divider line) isn't safe either.
A friend with a very nice '91 Turbo convertible had one of those guys back into him. Damaged the hood, radiator crossmember, one of the headlights, and a few other things. "I didn't know you were back there." (He probably didn't even check his rear-view mirror.)
