The Loyalty Program is simple. Once signed up, it allows users to earn credit back on orders over $100, giving customers additional incentive to continue buying from our site. Normally this is $5 back for every $100 spent (so $15 in site credit for every $300 etc). Once a customer spends more than $700 in a 365 day span, they will be awarded with discounted pricing on all items. This is called Loyalty+. Of course, shipping costs and core charges do not count. There’s no strings attached and no reason to not be in the program, it’s only rewards.

Our prices are so low after the recent pricing change that we will be changing the way sales work on our site. Gone are the days of blanket discounts, instead they are replaced with loyalty bonus periods where loyalty members can earn more loyalty credit by spending the same amount. The last sale we did was a Double Loyalty promo and it did quite well and rewarded a ton of site credit.
We feel this is the best service to our customers by always offering such low prices and not subsidizing shipping costs into products to allow free shipping. By enjoying low prices, loyalty rewards, and paying real world shipping costs our customers get a unique experience that we are proud of.
