You are overcautious - just leave it as it is. Oil should be in very good condition after such a low mileage. For winter storage I would direct more attention rather to corrosion prevention (taking care of underbody, searching for rust spots*, cleaning heat exchangers from outside** etc.)
* in this model I would look below the carpet in the trunk, McPherson mountings from below, front springs, rear suspension beam, bottom edges of all doors (also trunk), and hood edge from the windshield side.
** simply wash them generously from outside with degreaser and water until water comes clean. This is especially important after winter, as it removes road salt accumulated in radiator fins.
