I have been a happy customer of Total Wireless. They use Verizon and AT&T networks (you have to pick one) and the plans are very well priced. I pay $60/month for 2 lines with 30GB of shared data. You can bring your own device but they also sell subsidized (without commitment) phones - e.g. iPhone SE for $199. A single line plan is $25-50/month depending on the amount of data you select.
