We switched about a 6 months ago for the sake of new phones and contract was substantially cheaper than continuing with ATT. Basically, we switched, and got new Iphone 11 for less than what our service bill was without phones.
We have 10 gigs shared for $60/month. Went over once which I believe was just a $15 charge instead of slowing our service.
Customer service has been great, however when we had a little miss hap with a cracked screen (wife dropped MY phone!) I was hoping for screen repair or replacement to be easy. It wasn't. Xfinity said I could swap my sim into an old phone while my phone gets sent to apple for repair. No go, our newest phone was a 7, and didn't work, so for sake of time I ended up getting it repaired locally out of pocket.
Aside from that, I thought we would use substantially less data since the phones pick up wifi, but given 'the rona' we are either home, or at my office with wifi, which is no different than we were with our ATT service.
My wife was somewhat concerned with lack of international service.... but I don't think we'll have to worry about that for a while.
