warranty. So, yes, under warranty, for the work they did and the (major) inconveniences caused by the poor workmanship.
I think I will go back and just escalate this to a manager to express my discontent with it and that they should take it seriously so it can be avoided. Maybe I can get that free laptop case the manager offered (or AirPods?!)
