Hello,
I would not worry about it. The most I would do is change it in the spring when it comes out of hibernation. I often see cars that don't get many miles and the owners often change the oil every other year with full synthetic oil without issues. The general rule we follow at work is full synthetic don't want to go over 2 years and 1 year on convential or blended oil.
I only add that I see alot of cars that don't really get driven. Lots of peoples toys. In our state we have emission tests on cars annually but if the cars travel less than 5000 miles in a year they are exempt from testing. We do so many exempts that the state audits our station more often than the yearly audit they are suppose todo. We work on a number of Ferrari, Lambo's, McLaren, Porsche that all do fine this way. But in general I do recommend yearly oil changes but it appears every 2 years is fine as well. Good Luck, Bernie
