After a month I still haven't gotten my jeep back (a little OT) Posted by adl6009 [Email] (#2526) [Profile/Gallery] (more from adl6009) on Tue, 1 Feb 2022 22:20:55 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
But I am hoping for some sound automotive advice. 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3litre ( VM Motori S.p.A) diesel engine. She runs like a heavy bullet on the hiway. Loved it right away, bought it in 2014. Yes there have been issues. It did go into the shop more frequently then I liked, but all was fixed fairly quickly. And in warranty. We are at a totally different point now. December 28, she would not start, no warning, there is never a warning anymore, just crank and no start. Turns out the fuel pump and the auxillary fuel pump, (or pump module) need to be replaced. Fuel pump was due to arrive 1-31-22. No one called me reporting it arrived, but that might be because the pump module has an undetermined date of delivery. To be delivered some time in the future.
I have been nice, I ask when the product will be there. I always say please and thank you. Never reak out when the say I don't know. They (Stelantis customer service folks) have always been polite. My question is what can I do now to raise the importance of getting my parts delivered. Thanks for reading.
