Seals would disagree and I would never think that SF was superior to them. They have their mission and we have ours. SF does not have a "Hell Week" and I don't know that all SF guys could complete such an event...maybe. SF has its physical side, don't get me wrong. SF brings to the table maturity (usually), and that is critical when a team, or portion of a team, is deployed to work directly with foreign personnel. Example: it's not uncommon for a SFC or MSG to work with a foreign officers. Often, that senior NCO is the senior US military advisor. Tact and maturity are often better than pure brawn. However, the ability to be physical is always a given.
