That price sounds really attractive, and while it sounds a bit too good to be true, you never know. To be honest, an '89 760 T for $5,800 is not a lot of car for your money, IMHO. Unless we are talking about something very rare (SAAB SPG, BMW M3, etc.), a 12 year old car from a mass maker is not going to be worth a lot of money, even if it is a cream puff. One other thing to think about is if you plan to drive the car in snow, you might want to buy an extra set of wheels and snow tires, all of which are readily available, and 240 series wheels will fit a 740/760 series car too.
