Things that just piss me off:
-Halogen/HID/Xenon headlights (a la Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi). They're absolutely ridiculous. Use the fog lamps all you friggin' want, but I just can't take that piercing light at night. It's blinding! And you can see fine with good old incandescent or whatever!
-Red rear turn signals (a la Chrysler, Ford, Audi, etc.) This is not the driver's fault, but dude, all turn signals should be yellow. It's just friggin' dangerous when they're red. I need to know which way you are turning, and it's sometimes hard to see the red because there's no contrast from the brakelights. Well of course this is all contingent upon the driver actually using their turn signals, but still. Thank god Saab has yellow ones.
-People who don't turn their lights on when it's raining... in NJ, it's the law to turn on your headlights with your wipers.
-People in Volvos who leave their rear fog lamp on, thinking it's something else or just being dumb.
-People who pull over and don't turn their hazard lights on, or just use their righthand blinker like a lazy fool.
-People who are obviously lost and don't know where they're going, but continue to drive around trying to find their destination. This is the worst, and it's dangerous as hell because they're not paying attention, they're switching lanes and doing crazy stuff (all going 20 MPH of course). If you're lost, pull over and figure it out!!!
-People who stop 5-10 feet after the line at a stoplight in an intersection. What does it take to stop behind the line?
-People who are making a left turn and when the light turns green, they gas it and cut in front of the opposing traffic that has the right-of-way.
-People in SUVs. Period. Around here, they're all the same, I tell you!
UGH. Drive safely, guys.
-Adrian
