I agree with that.

But what I do have a problem with are tailgaters that harrass people that
are actually overtaking. As an example, If I'm overtaking a car doing 10mph over the speed limit and a tailgater doing 30mph over the limit starts harrassing me up my rear bumper weaving behind me... That is what I have a problem with, and that is the usual mentality of a tailgater.

They just dont harrass slow people that shouldnt be in the fast lane. They harrass anyone that is going slower than them.

Sure the fast lane is for overtaking. If someone overtakes then they should be there, no matter what speed they are doing, so long as they get out of it when they're done.

Like I said in another place. This whole issue is a 50/50 situation. Slow people should get out of the fast lane asap, overwise they may be breaking a traffic law. But also tailgaters should realise that they also are breaking the dangerous driving law.

In sweden you have the right to overtake (undertake) a slow ass that sits in the fast lane, using the slow lane.
