This question needs more data for a intelligent answer.
How wet one gets will depend of a number of things.
Mainly the front area and top area of the person
that goes to a SAAB. Thus short people should rather
run as they have less frontal area then tall people,
while tall people should walk at a more moderate pace...
But... then again... ideal would be to walk sideways
being short and a rather small person. Other variables
like how the body is bend will also influence this.
I would also say that in the end the speed does not
matter at all, cause no where it says that the person
can't use some sort of protective device against the rain.
In the end I always walk, no matter how much rain
cause there is a risk that you slip on a wet surface
which could produce more damage then getting wet, assuming
that the rain is simple non toxic rain, which again is not
defined in you question.
Regards,
Coolknight
