..which is in Allimance and worth a visit, especially since you'll have absolutely nothing else to do :) Just kindding. I traveled through Nebraska this summer and was pleasantly suprised. It's suprisingly beautiful country, with lots of cool little out of the way places that are definetly not overrun with tourists. The folks are friendly and you'll see things like genuine cowboys in chaps and spurs getting a bite to eat at a small town McDonalds. As a fun anecdote, the college football stadium in Lincoln becomes the third largest city during a game (which have incidently been sold out since since the '60s or something.) In other words, Nebraska probably not the best place for a hardcore city slicker, but if you want some space to relax, like the outdoors and a laid back attitude I think you'll be pleasantly suprised. I was. It's also a great state to roll down the windows, open up the sunroof and drive your Saab for miles with no one else around. Hoepfully someone elsw can provide some more info on Scotts Bluff specifically.
