I could really use a compact pickup for working on my house, etc. (My primary car is a 9-3.) I live near Boston where snow can be a problem, so I feel almost forced to look at 4WD trucks when I know I would get by fine with a FWD pickup with a 4-cyl motor. (I've driven a RWD truck in the winter... no fun no matter how much weight you try to throw in back.) Why doesn't this exist? There's plenty of room under a truck's hood. A small truck has no more power/torque than a 9-3. What gives???
