Impossible to do with a turbo. Takes load in a turbo to generate boost and therefore increase compression, so a high compression low load combination with a turbo would be tough. That's why the tilting cylinder barrels fixed to the head, to increase compression mechanically.
I hear they get 225hp out of 1.6 liters wiht fabulous economy. Do it Saab!
