Get a little pressurized squirt can of lock de-icer (basically isopropyl alchol) at a car parts or even a convenience store and squirt it in the lock. If it works and the lock is OK, use WD40 or silicone to keep it from freezing. The driver's door is more likely to freeze up as it is used more and the tiny bit of internal wear over time makes it more suseptible to freezing. Then WD-40 the latch mechanism.
I spilled coffee onto my console (c900) in Utica last winter and it was fine while the car was warm, but the next morning in NH it was 5 degrees and the ignition lock was frozen solid. A few quirts of de-icer worked fine.
Ahhh, Winter!
