128 bit encryption would generally be considered strong encryption but there is more to encryption than the strength of the key. There is the design of the protocol and the quality of the cyper which are both rather poor under WEB. In fact, from an encryption perspective, I think it is fair to say it was incompetently done. Some of the issues may have been mitigated to some extent and it is better than nothing but this still does not qualify as quality encyrption.
